Your account

This licence is for one registered address based on one postcode. All accounts must be registered with a valid email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid email address.

General

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

* Transmit, email or post any material that contains in any form software viruses or such programs as including but not limited to, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots, computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

* Use The Food Labeller Service in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair The Food Labeller website.

Service Suspensions

The Food Labeller will make reasonable efforts to keep The Food Labeller website operational. However, certain technical difficulties, routine site maintenance/upgrades and any other events outside the control of The Food Labeller may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. The Food Labeller also reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions of The Food Labeller Service with or without notice. You agree that The Food Labeller shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any of the direct or indirect consequences of any modification, suspension, discontinuance of or interruption to The Food Labeller Service.

Payment

Where any goods or services offered via the Websites requires payment: It is your responsibility to ensure that your Electronic Device has the necessary technical specification to receive or use any content purchased from the Websites.

All amounts payable must be paid in full in pounds sterling (unless otherwise indicated) without any deductions or set offs.

If any payment is not paid on time, your payment is rejected or refused, or you default in payment, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and we will be entitled immediately to cease or suspend the provision of the relevant service to you until payment has been received, or your credit topped up.

You are also responsible for any charges charged by a mobile phone network operator or internet operator. These charges may not be in addition to the price of the service. Those additional charges are outside our control, and we will not be responsible for refunding them to you.
